I aim to provide high quality care and to do this I keep brief records about people I see.
I treat personal and sensitive information in a confidential, secure and lawful way. I only share information with the permission of the person it concerns unless there is a legal requirement or a serious risk to the person's safety.
I retain information about individuals whilst they are receiving treatment and for the period required by my professional body (currently 5 years). I do not keep information about individuals who do not receive psychotherapy with me.
I do not collect personal information for direct marketing, sell it to third parties or process it overseas.
