Life Can Feel Better

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist who practices in Isleworth, West London.

Contacting a psychotherapist can feel daunting, but it may be one of the most worthwhile things you can do.

Psychotherapy can help if you are finding life a struggle. You may feel life is meaningless or your relationships seem empty or you feel lost, out of control, stressed, depressed or anxious. Psychotherapy recognises that many of our difficulties originate in parts of ourselves of which we are only partly aware. It provides a safe space to explore experiences and feelings in a way that can give lasting change and a more fulfilling life.

It is important to find a psychotherapist or counsellor you feel you can trust, so you can talk openly about how you feel. Our first session will give you the time and space to decide if we can work together. If you would like to continue we would meet at the same time each week for 50 minutes.

I am experienced in both short-term counselling and in longer-term psychotherapy, seeing people either once or twice a week. I also supervise counsellors and psychotherapists, who want to consider a psychodynamic perspective. I practice confidentially and abide by my professional bodies codes of ethics.

My practice is a few minutes from Isleworth Station, with frequent trains from Waterloo, Clapham, Putney, Hounslow, Twickenham, Richmond, Staines and Chertsey. It is very near frequent buses from Richmond, Brentford, Chiswick, Hounslow, Shepherd's Bush, Twickenham, Staines and Sunbury. It is a short walk from Osterley Station on the Piccadilly Line. There is parking if you wish to drive.

You can contact me by email or phone (details are at the top of the page) and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
